Set SMART Goals

Let's make 2017 YOUR year!
Bring in the new year with a new resolution. Avoid creating too many resolutions to avoid setting yourself up for failure.
Identify ONE long term fitness goal for the year, whether it is to maintain, gain, or get rid of what you obtained over the holidays! Within that ONE long term fitness goal, set short term goals.
These could be monthly, weekly, daily etc. Goals should be SMART. Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Time Bound!
